Shada Lambert

Shada is the youngest of 6 Siblings and started her Nanny career in her teens. She started off as a Babysitter and then worked as a freelance Dance and Drama teacher in over 20 schools and 100 stages in the UK. Her childcare experience ranges from raising new-borns, babies, toddlers, twins, school age children to teenagers. She specialises in Potty Training and Sleep Training but is confident with other childcare aspects such as Fussy Eaters, Weaning. Breastfeeding, Safeguarding, Language and Communication, Child Development, putting schedules and routines in place.

Shada adapts a gentle and fun learning through play approach and aims to encourage children to be independent, confident and reach their full potential. She encourages stimulating learning activities to promote child development of independence of thought and action, confidence, concentration, perseverance, problem-solving, motor co-ordination, self-esteem, and sense of responsibility with loads of positive praise and affirmations.

Her Unique Approach

Shada combines a gentle, communicative, firm, but fair open space for children to flourish and feel happy. Her purpose as a Nanny is to create a safe, fun, creative, outdoorsy, exciting; hands on experience for children in her care to grow into happy, independent, kind, confident adults. Shada offers a non-judgmental, honest, warm, supportive and reliable service to parents worldwide. Shada is passionate about empowering Childcare Professionals, raising children and supporting parents through their parenting journey.

Qualification

Shada holds a BA Honours degree in Arts and Social Sciences- Dance and Drama and a Master’s in Childhood studies and Early
Years. With her performing arts background and childcare Masters, she combines her. transferable skills in delivering a 5-star childcare experience which she likes to refer to as The Nanny Sharz Experience.
