Even after not having our beloved Shada around for 2 months, my daughter still looks at the letter S and says that it is “S for Shada”. It is so hard to trust someone but with Shada I had no difficulties in leaving my daughter from the minute I saw her. She is overly qualified but also very down to earth. My 2 year old daughter grew a very strong relationship with Shada as soon as they met. The moment Shada introduced herself to us, we thought that she was going to be a perfect match to our very active and slightly naughty daughter. Shada has a lovely and bubbly personality, she not only happily and actively play with our little one but also did arts & crafts, alphabet, numbers and puzzles to encourage our daughter’s learning. A massive thank you to the beacon of all knowledge that is Shada! I booked in for a one off call as I have a few kinks that need ironing out with my admin & business plans. Shada was calm & patient when listening to me, i’m an absolute flaffer! She gave me a range of advice from increasing my hourly rate, how to invoice, declining a parent when its clear we aren’t a match & improving my booking process. Shada has really calmed my mind & given me the confidence to move forward with ease, I will definitely be using her nanny consultancy services again in the future.
Shada took time to get to know the girls personalities and likes and dislikes prior to meeting them and I think this helped to ease them in because she knew exactly how to engage with them about the things they cared about the most. It was an absolute pleasure welcoming Shada into my home and into my children’s lives and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to have her back. The girls still ask about her now so she has definitely left a positive mark.
Straight after the first visit they were excited and asking when she will come again. I can only use this to say that is a testament to Shada’s character. She has a warm and welcoming nature. She has all the typical qualities that you would look for in a nanny, patient, kind, fun, responsible. But most importantly for me, trustworthy.
I wasn’t sure how to start my testimonial about our time with Shada so I thought I might as well ask the people she spent time with the most, the kids! So I did. My 7 year old instantly put two thumbs up ‘wait’ she said, then she put two toes up too! My youngest (2) is usually a shy child, taking time to get to know people and to even communicate with them but once she does you can’t get her to stop talking. So you can imagine my surprise when as soon as she met Shada she was chatting away, not just responding to questions but initiating them too!
I randomly came across Nanny Sharz when I was looking for a sleep consultant for my then 9-month-old son. Booking the in-house sleep consultancy package was the best decision I made! As soon as Shada walked through my front door, my son took to her almost immediately and climbed onto her lap. He was reliant on needing a bottle to fall asleep, incapable of self-soothing, up multiple times in the night, and nearly always needed to be rocked to sleep.Shada worked her magic, and there was a remarkable difference in my son's sleeping habits in just 24 hours.

Shada worked mainly on weekends. She thrived within weeks of starting the role, exceeding expectations from everyone. Shada showed excellent time keeping skills, leadership and teamwork during her time with us. She is able to adapt to her surroundings quickly and is always willing to learn new things and take on new advice. During her time here, it was clear that looking after children is a passion rather than a hobby. We were very sad to say goodbye to Shada, but glad she stayed in the child care sector as it is her calling.
The coaching session I had with Shada was worth everything. We zoomed in on the specific issues I wanted help with, she offered guidance, validation and valuable advice that I could incorporate. I took everything I needed from the session but the hour went by fast as Shada is delightful company and easy to talk to. I'm very pleased to have booked and will definitely book again in the future.
I have been an international nanny for 10 years and having Shada as my mentor has helped move my career up another level, I have been able to do things in the last few months that I’d never been able to do before because of my own insecurities and staying in my comfort zone. We had a video call with Nanny Sharz and my son was curious, but shy to meet her in person. I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. Shada Lambert has been simply amazing, megnetizing my daughter from the first minute, and proposing a lot of very nice, educational and engaging activities. Shada worked with us in November of 2020 and looked after our 13 month old boy. My husband and I were very impressed by Shada’s breadth of knowledge and enthusiasm. She provided guidance regarding meal times and information on sign language for babies, which was so helpful. "I came to Shada for some advice regarding night time potty training and I am so glad that I did! Shada advised that I stop putting alarms on and taking my son toilet before I go bed and when I naturally wake up. In my opinion night time training is harder but with Shada’s extra tips, it has really helped us to get to the stage of having a whole week dry in row! Which has never happened and my son is 5!!
